Sacred Heart University invites applications for the position of Director of Radiologic Science programs. This is a 12-month, full time, non-tenure track clinical faculty position with administrative responsibilities. Rank will be commensurate with credentials and experience. The Radiologic Science programs include the associate degree program in Radiography and certificate programs in MRI, CT, and Sonography. These programs are offered by St. Vincent’s College in collaboration with St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. St. Vincent’s College will join Sacred Heart University’s College of Nursing and College of Health Professions in the preparation of health professionals distinguished by their commitment to leadership, interprofessional practice, and community service.
The individual in this position will have responsibility for planning, curriculum development, outcomes assessment and program evaluation of the radiologic science programs including maintaining a fully accredited radiography program. Additional responsibilities will include teaching, student recruitment, advisement, and University service.
