Your alma mater has served the community for more than a century. From its early beginnings as a school of nursing and today as St. Vincent’s College, it has proven itself a center of quality education and academic excellence in the health care field. We have capitalized on the strengths and traditions of the original nursing program while at the same time continuing to promote other health care careers and professional development opportunities.
We are interested in knowing how the College can better serve you as Alumni so that we may continue the fine traditions that are part of the educational program at St. Vincent’s. Together we can make it happen.
We constantly update our alumni database to keep addresses current, but rely on you to keep us informed of where you are and what you’re doing. Drop us a note or email us to tell us what you have been doing since you left the hallowed halls of St. Vincent’s.
Become a class representative
We are actively recruiting class representatives. If you would like to become more involved in alumni activities and/or help in reaching out to old classmates we want to hear from you!

Announcements
2011 Nightingale Award Recipient
Sharon Makowski RN, DNP (class of ’97) was selected as a 2011 Nightingale.
Dr. Makowski was nominated for this award for going “beyond the call” and leading the new online program RN to BSN completion program being offered at the college. She believes that this innovative program is an answer to a problem that has held back many nurses who seek to upgrade from an RN to a Bachelors in Nursing. She understands what it’s like to continue her education while working and raising a family.
