Subscription Databases

These databases have been subscribed to on a yearly basis by the College for access to the journal articles packaged by a vendor, such as Ovid. The journals and articles within have been pre-selected by the vendor's professional readers to ensure that the databases' users will be researching top-quality scholarly, trade and general news journals.

• iConn database
  To access iConn, you need to input the barcode number from your Daniel T. Banks Library card issued to you during Library Orientation. Please stop by the College Librarian's office on the fourth floor of the college building (to the right of the Barone Center) if you need to obtain a library card.
  
  
• Ovid database
  To access the Ovid Database, please refer to the user I.D. and password information for this database in your library orientation manual.

These databases, search engines, and directories - though not purchased through a vendor - have been pre-screened by librarians from research and university libraries at well established academic institutions nationwide.
