St. Vincent's College is in compliance with provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (PL93-568). Specific procedures are outlined in the Student Handbook.

The College is in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. St. Vincent's College maintains all federal and state requirements for a drug free campus and workplace.
