The catalog of St. Vincent’s College is published to serve as an informational guide to the programs and services of the College. The College reserves the right to make changes without notice whenever such action is warranted. It does not serve as a contract between the student and St. Vincent’s College.

St. Vincent’s College is in compliance with provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (PL93-568). Specific procedures are outlined in the Student Handbook.

St. Vincent’s College admits qualified students, without regard to race, religion, color, age, sex, marital status, national or ethnic origin, and handicap status (except in case of a bona fide occupational qualification or need) to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the College. It does not discriminate in the administration of educational policies, admission policies, financial aid policies, and other college administered programs.

St. Vincent’s is in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure Act (20 U S C 1092 (f ) of the Higher Education Act of 1965. The report on Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics is available from the Assistant Director of Admissions and Student Development. The College is in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. St. Vincent’s College maintains all federal and state requirements for a drug free campus and workplace.

The College is in compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. Section 1681 et seq. Under Title IX, discrimination on the basis of sex can include sexual harassment or sexual violence, such as rape, sexual assault, and sexual battery.
