Any student who wishes to withdraw completely from St. Vincent's College must complete the required withdrawal form and schedule an appointment with the Program Chairperson. Just leaving the College does not constitute an official withdrawal. Financial clearance must be obtained.

If financial obligations are outstanding, an exit interview must be conducted with the Director of Financial Aid. Refunds are based upon the official date of withdrawal and the refund policy.

Students must return their access/identification badge at the time of withdrawal.
