Requests for transfer of sections within a course must be done prior to completion of the first week of class.

A student may change an academic schedule by adding and/or dropping a course no later than the first two weeks of a 16 week course after a semester begins without a course change fee. The student must complete an Add/Drop Course Form, have the request signed by a faculty advisor and return it to the Registrar's Office. After two weeks, a fee of $25 will be charged to add/drop a course. The refund policy applies to dropping a course.

Sixteen week course withdrawals will receive a notation of "W" only during weeks 2 to 5 of the semester. After 5 weeks, a grade of "WP" or "WF" will be assigned by the faculty member of that course based on the student’s academic status, after notification by the Registrar that appropriate forms are completed. If a course is less than 16 weeks a grade will be assigned reflecting the course length.

A student withdrawing with less than the required course grade after a course mid-point will receive a grade of "F". The grade of "WF" is not an option after a course mid-point.
