7 hours theory, 21 hours clinical This course is designed to introduce students to the basic tenets of the program in nursing as well as the conceptual framework. Emphasis is placed on a health needs assessment and the implementation of the nursing process through the use of the nursing care plan. This course is open to licensed practical nurses who are participating in the Connecticut Articulation Model for Nurse Educational Mobility. |
