The Registrar produces and distributes grade reports and transcripts. A report of grades is sent to the student by the Registrar twice each semester. Midsemester grades are advisory in nature. Grades awarded at the end of the semester are issued approximately two weeks following the end of a semester and become part of the student's official record.
All requests for transcripts must be submitted in writing to the Office of the Registrar. Transcripts sent by mail to the person or institution designated by the student will include the College seal and signature of the Registrar. Transcripts given to the student will be marked "Student Copy." A fee of $5.00 is charged for each transcript. St. Vincent's College will withhold transcripts if the student has not met all financial obligations to the College.
