Students may take CLEP, DANTES and EXCELSIOR exams at any test center and must have official copies of their scores sent to St. Vincent’s College for evaluation. Credit earned will not be considered toward residency requirement.

Competency Exams

In order to be eligible to take the competency exam(s) (A&P, Microbiology and Physics) you must have completed the course(s) with a minimum grade of “C”.  There is a $35.00 fee for each exam.  The College also offers online competency review courses. The cost is $120.00 for A&P and $80.00 for microbiology. There is a $20.00 fee for a computer access code. For information, please contact Dr. Susan Capasso @ 203-576-5323.
