An application file is considered complete and ready for review by the Admissions Committee when all of the supporting documents have been received and all placement tests (if required) have been completed by the deadline dates.

All Applicants Must Submit:

- An application fee of $50.00 made payable to “St. Vincent’s College”
- Official transcript(s) from all high schools attended or GED
- A resume (if you are out of high school for at least three years and not presently attending college)
High School Students
- Results of SAT or ACT
- School Counselor recommendation
Transfer Students I (presently attending college)
- One academic recommendation
- Official transcripts from all colleges attended
Transfer Students II (not presently attending college)
- One professional recommendation
- Official transcripts from all colleges attended
International Students
- TOEFL score (unless you have taken and passed with a grade of C+ or better a college level English Composition course that is transferrable to St. Vincent’s College)
- A translated international academic credential evaluation for high school transcripts. The evaluation must contain the statement that the applicant has the equivalency to a US high school diploma. (World Education Services (http://www.wes.org/) 1-212-966-6311)
- The College requires that applications and all supporting documents from international students must be submitted no later than six months prior to the semester that the student wishes to enter.
- St. Vincent's College does not accept transfer credits from international colleges/universities.

Finally
- Official school transcripts must be sent directly from the school(s) and usually bears a raised seal and signature.
- For transfer students, if you have not yet completed the semester, you may request a transcript that shows courses in progress. (Please request a final transcript at the end of the semester.)
- If you are applying for financial aid, please remember to list St. Vincent’s College. Our Federal School Code number is 006191.
Additional Application Information:
Once the Admissions Committee reviews the file, the applicant is informed of the decision by mail. The Admissions Committee does not reveal information regarding an applicant's denial to the College.
- To indicate acceptance of the offer of admission, the applicant must complete the Acceptance Form and submit a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $150.00 by the deadline identified in the admission letter. This deposit will be credited to the first semester charges.
- The deadline for the Nursing Program is May 1st for the fall semester and October 15th for the spring semester. All other degree programs are July 1st for the fall semester and November 1 for the spring semester. There are absolutely no exceptions.
