An application file is considered complete and ready for review by the Admissions Committee when all supporting documents have been received.

All Applicants Must Submit:

• A completed application
  
• An application fee of $25.00 made payable to “St. Vincent’s College”
  
• Official transcript(s) from all high schools attended or GED
  
• Official college transcript(s) (if attended)
  
• Immunization record

The following Certificate programs have additional requirements:

Diagnostic Medical Sonography Applicants:

1. Official Radiography Program Transcript
2. Copy of Official Connecticut State Radiographer License (must be current)
3. 2 Letters of Recommendation (Radiography Program/employer)

Hospital Coding, Human Services, & Medical Assisting Applicants:

1.  English Placement Test

 MSA Applicants:

1. 2 Letters of Recommendation 
2. Entrance Exam

 Pharmacy Technician Applicants:

1. Math Placement Test

RN Refresher Applicants:

1. Copy of CT RN License (must be current)
2. Malpractice Insurance

Finally:

• If you cannot obtain official transcripts from the high school that you attended, contact the Board of Education in that town. If it was a parochial school, contact the diocese where your school was located.
  
• Official high school or college transcripts must be sent directly from the school(s) and usually bears a raised seal and signature.
  
• For transfer students, if you have not yet completed the semester, you may request a transcript that shows courses in progress.  (Please request a final transcript at the end of the semester.)
  
• If you are applying for financial aid, please remember to list St. Vincent’s College when filing your FAFSA.  Our Federal School Code number is 006191.
