The Business Office is located on the 1st floor in the west wing of the College. Hours of operation are: Monday – Friday: 8 am – 4:30 pm.

HEALTH INSURANCE: Students can waive participation or enroll directly through the College’s dedicated vendor website, www.gallagherkoster.com/stvincent. If you have questions about the Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan, please contact Gallagher Koster at 617-770-9889 or 1-877-320-4347.

Methods of Payment

All costs for tuition and fees are paid directly to St. Vincent’s College. Students can pay by cash, check, money order, MasterCard/Visa or Discover. Online payments can be made on the Online Student Services. Payment by credit cards can be called into the Business Office.

Payment Options

Students can participate in a Deferred Payment Plan. Students must sign a Tuition Payment Agreement when opting for a payment plan. An additional payment of $15.00 per month is required for each installment payment. Payments are due as follows:

Fall semester:

Option 1: 25% down payment within 10 business days of registration and balance due 6/1
Option 2: 25% down payment  within 10 business days of registration.
                              Three additional payments are due by 6/15, 7/15, 8/15

Spring semester:

Option 1: 25% down payment within 10 business days of registration and balance due 11/1
Option 2: 25% down payment  within 10 business days of registration.
                              Three additional payments are due by11/15, 12/15, 1/6

Summer semester – Session 1:

50% within 10 business days of registration, balance due by May 1st

Summer semester – Session 2:

50% within 10 business days of registration, balance due by June 18th

Please note: Students who do not complete their payment arrangements by the due date will not be permitted to attend classes. If a student has a financial problem, an appointment should be made with the Director of Financial Aid prior to the start of the semester. Students must fulfill their financial obligations before the start of the semester.
