Alternative Loans

Students may apply for alternative loans.  The college does not endorse and is not able to recommend a lender to you. Once you are credit approved, that credit is valid for 90 days.  The Aid Office is notified of the loan and we will process it as promptly as possible for you.

Any questions about alternative funding please e-mail: finaid@stvincentscollege.edu or call 203-576-5937.

Veterans Administration Benefits

Visit the Veterans Administration GI Bill, Education & Training website.

The Post 9/11 GI Bill is the largest investment in veterans’ education since World War II, covering the full cost of an undergraduate education at any public university or college in the country and many private schools for our nation’s newest generation of veterans.

The National Military Family Association grant has useful information for military families as well as a scholarship program for spouses of military members. MilitaryScholar.org offers scholarships for children of military members. The Horatio Alger Scholarship Program awards military scholarships to U. S. Veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts.

Feel free to investigate other scholarship opportunities on the web. View this List of Recommended Websites to find a scholarship that may be appropriate for you.
