Fond Farewell to Shannon Pranger
Shannon Pranger, who has been the Skills Lab Coordinator for St. Vincent’s College will be taking her career to the next level this semester with an exciting new position at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury. “Based on the amazing foundation of family, comradery and support that I’ve experienced working at St. Vincent’s College I am confident I will succeed in this next step in my career.”
Shannon will be overseeing all simulation and skills labs along with managing skills training and clinical coordination at WestConn starting this month. With mixed emotions Shannon says goodbye to St. Vincent’s College where she has been integral part of the nursing faculty team. “I truly loved my job at St. Vincent’s, it’s very hard to leave but I am glad I will be leaving the lab in such skilled hands.”
Cyndi Jeffery, MSN will be replacing Shannon as the new Skills Lab Coordinator. She comes to St. Vincent’s College with a wealth of experience including most recently having worked on the Telemetry floor at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and in the Emergency room at Milford Hospital. She is also a St. Vincent’s College alumni!
