Effective Fall 2010, all students registered for courses with clinical components, including certificate programs, are required to carry health insurance. Students will be charged the $676 fee at the time of registration. Students who already have coverage, will be given an opportunity to complete a waiver and, after appropriate documentation is produced, the fee will be reversed.
