A health assessment, which includes drug testing is required. The Hepatitis vaccine series is required before all clinical and externship experiences or the appropriate declination form must be submitted to the Student Health Center.
All matriculated students born after December 31, 1956, are required to submit evidence of immunization against rubella and measles. One dose of the measles vaccine must have been given after December 31, 1979.
