In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, this college is committed to assisting qualified individuals with disabilities to achieve their educational goals.

When a student voluntarily discloses a disability and requests special accommodation, he/she must present current written documentation (no more than 3 years old) from an appropriate health care provider who must:

Clarify the disability
AND
Recommend reasonable accommodations.

A psychoeducational evaluation, within 3 years, is the documentation required for a learning disability. The student should process this request through the Office of the ADA Coordinator.
