Any student who wishes to withdraw completely from St.Vincent’s College must complete the required official Withdrawal Form and schedule an appointment with the Program Chairperson. Just leaving the College does not constitute an official withdrawal. After scheduling an appointment with the Program Chairperson, it is strongly recommended that any student who is currently receiving financial assistance first stop in the Financial Aid Office to ascertain the amount of aid they have received for the semester, and learn if any of the aid must either be returned to the Federal Government or to their lender. Refunds are based upon the official date of withdrawal and the Refund Policy. Students must return their access card/ identification badge at the time of withdrawal. If a student has received a Stafford Loan during her/his time at the College, an exit interview must be conducted with the Director of Financial Aid. The student should then stop in the Business Office to arrange for payment of any outstanding charges.
